Do you work with venues outside of the city?
Absolutely. We can travel as needed to bring your event to life. Sometimes it can depend if its logistically possible.
Can I customize a package to fit my budget?
Yes. After an initial consultation, we’ll tailor a service mix that aligns with your priorities while respecting your financial parameters.
How far in advance should I book?
For Decor & Ambiance, we recommend 2 months lead time in peak season of the year, but we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
For Food & Buffet services 3 weeks prior confirmation is necessary with advance payment.
Do you Provide or book Venues?
We are registered in some of the clubs of karachi where we can provide our services. However the booking of the club / venue is done by the client. We can guide and suggest venue options.
What are your payment terms?
We require 50 % - 75 % advance at time of booking of event and balance payment one day prior to the event.
